No, we are happy to do our work while you are doing yours. Our cleaners are all DBS checked, reference checked and fully insured so you can have complete confidence your home or workplace will be in safe hands. Any key entrusted to us are securely stored when not in use. To prevent the premises, they belong to from being identified in the unlikely event the keys are lost, all keys are labelled with a code, not with names or addresses.
As well as checking references from all our cleaners we also supervise new cleaners on their first few cleans. We carry out regular ad-hoc inspections after cleans to ensure everything required has been carried out to our high standards and to your expectations. We also encourage our customers to give feedback after each clean.

We love to hear we have done a good job, but in the unlikely event something has not been carried out as you expected, its important you let us know as soon as possible. We will then arrange to address the issue at the earliest convenience.
Our cleaners are all DBS checked, reference checked and fully insured, and we do our best to send the same cleaner each time for regular cleans, but this isn’t always possible. Sometimes we work in pairs to reduce the amount of time taken at each job or if the client requires a job that is best carried out by 2 people (such as turning a heavy mattress).

One of our friendly cleaning team will come to visit you at home or in your workplace.

We will look at the areas that you would like our help with and discuss with you that you would like to achieve. This gives us the ability to give you an accurate plan and cost for our services.

The visit doesn’t come with any obligations, and we promise to be completely honest with our quote and what we can achieve in the time frame you are happy with.

Our Elder care services can help. At Dai’namik we recognise that as we get older some things are tougher to do. Bending, lifting, and stretching are all a little more difficult. Getting to the shops and carrying shopping home can be a challenge.

We know that not everyone needs assistance all the time; but sometimes a helping hand now and then or if required more regularly, can make all the difference.

Dai’namik can help with prescription collection or light shopping, We can also help change beds, turn mattresses, defrost fridges and freezers or help with your laundry

Residential Cleaning

We will provide you with the right combination of quality service and a reasonable price as well as professional and reliable staff. We perform extensive background checks on all our staff to ensure your peace of mind. You can depend on our responsiveness and accountability.

All common areas

(e.g. lounge, dining room, halls, stairs and landings)

  • Dust skirting boards, picture frames, door frames, radiators and windowsills (inside)
  • Dust (and polish as appropriate) all accessible surface areas table & cabinet tops, tables and shelves
  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean and wipe light switches, (fingerprints)
  • Dust lamp shades
  • Mop (if applicable)
  • Vacuum (if applicable)
  • Basic organization including arrangement of cushions (<5 mins)
  • Empty trash

Kitchen

  • Clean accessible high traffic surface areas and surfaces; counter tops, breakfast bar, cabinet doors (inside and out), handles and draw fronts, doors and frames, wall switches and windowsills (inside)
  • Clean – Splash back tiles above counter tops and cook station
  • Clean sink, drainer, and taps
  • Clean exterior of all appliances
  • Vacuum (if applicable)
  • Mop hard flooring (if applicable)
  • Clean and wipe skirting boards
  • Dust lamp shapes
  • Empty trash
  • Wash-up or Load dishwasher (if applicable) (one time, < 5 mins)

Bedroom

  • Dust all accessible high traffic surface areas and high touch surfaces, (cabinets, tops, doors (inside and out). draw fronts, shelves, doors and frames and windowsills (inside)
